Hey, I’m Paul Champaneria, and my journey in communication technology started long before Saas existed. In 1992, when the internet was just emerging, I built one of the first PC-based voice messaging systems-back when connecting people meant wrestling with dial-up modems ast forward to today, and communication is faster than ever-yet recruiters struggle to connect with candidates.

When I launched a staffing company in 2012, recruiters thrived on phone calls. But over time, answer rates dropped, texts got ignored, and critical candidate data never made it into the ATS.
What We Discovered:
